Features:

Blowing Agent H is known as N, N-dinitroso pentamethylene tetramine, which has no odor but has a formaldehyde smell in wet conditions. Dissolved in dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide, the decomposition gas is mainly N2, and also contains a small amount of NO, CO 2 , O 2 , water and formaldehyde. |

Application:

Blowing Agent H is widely used in rubber foaming, such as: natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, no discoloration, no pollution. In addition, Blowing Agent H is also widely used in plasticized PVC lamination and blow molding.When foaming, some additives such as surface treated urea, biuret, salicylic acid, phthalic acid, polyol, etc. are added to reduce the decomposition temperature of Blowing Agent H to 120-190°. Gas is generated in the C range. Blowing Agent H will release a lot of heat when it is decomposed, so be careful when handling thick products. |
